This beautiful Italianate church, built in 1858, has the tallest wooden steeple in the country. The interior contains trompe l’oeil stenciling, an excellent example of an almost-forgotten craft, and regarded as one of the finest examples of this work in the U.S. The choir loft and the 1927 organ are also noteworthy.
