New Salem Preserves is located in historic town of New Salem. New Salem is nestled in the hills of western Massachusetts, overlooking the Quabbin Rese.  New Salem Preserves is located on a farm that dates to 1750. New Salem Preserves grows primarily McIntosh apples on trees that are over 125 years old. During the crisp fall days New Salem Preserves has hot mulled cider at the barn, local Cheddar cheese, apples, sweet cider, preserves, and apple butter. On the weekends New Salem Preserves makes their own cider doughnuts. Come and enjoy the stunning fall foliage and our scenic hill town, and taste a bit of old New England traditions!
