The High Hopes Farm is open in the spring and fall. The farm has pure maple products and a sugar house buffet menu which features pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage, ham and the sugar house’s own pure maple syrup. The High Hopes Farm is operated by the Rowe family in Worthington, Massachusetts. High Hopes Farm taps 4,000 trees with more than 20 miles of sap lines strung from tree to tree, bringing the sweet sap by gravity to the sugar house.
